To obtain a marriage license in Wyoming, both parties as well as a witness must appear in person at the time of applying. Both parties will need a valid drivers license, certified birth certificate, Proof of Dissolution (if applicable) and written parental consent (if under 18). There are no blood tests or residency requirements to be married in the state of Wyoming.
